Customer Support

Email support@launchreel.app for account, launch, billing, or publishing help. Include the launch URL or slug, the email on the account, and any relevant screenshots or order numbers so we can resolve the issue faster.

Refund Requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We are more likely to approve refunds for duplicate charges, mistaken purchases, or technical failures reported promptly. Refunds are less likely once a paid launch has already received promotional delivery or other paid placement benefits.

Billing Notes

LaunchReel uses Lemon Squeezy for checkout, receipts, and payment processing. Approved refunds may revoke paid launch benefits tied to the refunded order.
