This page explains how LaunchReel handles refund requests for paid launches and launch upgrades.
How Refunds Are Reviewed
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We are more likely to approve requests involving duplicate charges, mistaken purchases, or technical failures reported promptly after checkout.
When Refunds Are Less Likely
Refunds are less likely once a paid launch has already received promotional delivery, elevated placement, spotlight treatment, or other paid distribution benefits.
Refund Window
If you believe there is a billing problem, contact us within 14 days of the order date. Include your Lemon Squeezy order number, the launch URL or slug, and the email used during checkout.
Effect Of A Refund
An approved refund may revoke paid launch benefits tied to the refunded order, including priority placement, paid-tier status, or upgrade entitlements. In some situations we may approve a refund without revoking those benefits, but that is handled manually and is not guaranteed.
